but when you'll drive it in 70km/h u'll feel like 200km/h........

The present crop of 2 wheelers can only get you upto 132 km/ hour.  Since you wish to have a vehicle which can do 200 Km/hr. you will have to look at a displacement upwards of 500cc.

From what I understand, Honda is coming out with an 800cc 5 cylinder bike by the end of this year.  Also the CBR 1000 RR.  Similarly Suzuki will come with its own popular GSX 1000 RR in addition to the legendary Hayabasu 1340cc superbike.  These bikes can go upto 300 km/hr. given enough clear road.  They are expensive too ranging from 11 to 13 lacs.

However if your budget is around 5 to 6 lacs you can go for a 500 to 600cc bike from Suzuki which could also be in the pipeline.  If you want more speed, you also need to increase your budget.

if you want a bike which can touch speeds of about 200km/h at a cheap price, go for yamaha yzf r15. or else if u want to spend more than 5 lakh rupees, you have loads of options to select from.....

go for v-twin power and buy a harley vrod or night rodI dont know kilometers but a friend of mine has a v-rod that tops out at 145 mph.

and if you order it to your specs you can get it to go even faster

and if you want sport touring bike than yo go for hayabusa
