  1. I live in Ireland and from personal experience the price of houses are really high in comparison to the wages you get paid for working here. The average price of a house here is about 200,000 euro and that would be just standard nothing special. You may find it difficult to purchase a house as so many are being bought by private investors to rent. Depending on what country you are from you will get social services especially if ur from europe. In the Republic of Ireland things are a lot more expensive than they are in NI. I would recommend going to NI to buy goods such as clothes and food.

Any way i would recommend you visit this site in guidance about housing

  2. Ten years or forty consecutive quarters is required unless your are disabled.

  3. You need to look at websites to determine the cost of the accomodation you would need.

You should be able to rent a room for around 400-500 Euro a month. This will of course vary depending on the location.

Finding a job depends very much on your skills or qualifications. Either way I would factor a 2-3 month period to get a job. You should put that level of funds aside to cover you for that time.

You will not be entitled to social security, if your desire is to move to Ireland purely to claim benefits from the state you will quite simply be an undesireable.
