For hostels I would say go to the website an oige, they'll pretty much give everything you'll need, airfare? Em if you dont mind travelling on a piece of c**p with wings go to ryan air. It'll get ya there 4 dirt cheap. And tours it wud be a Dublin bus tour or a Wicklow tour.

Well i do suggest that you do a little "exploring" to find good rates. use a search engine to narrow down or pin point your question. And as for my own suggestion i think you should take a look at these sites.
