I am planning a trip to tuscany in september. There is a hotel in Chianciano terme called the Excelsior.?

I have checked Tripadvisor but there are no reviews. Are there any other review sites, or better still, has anyone ever stayed there.

There is a 4 star hotel called the Grand Hotel Excelsior at Via Sant'Agnese, 6. This is the English version of their website: http://www.grandhotelexcelsior.it/ing_in... I've never stayed there myself, and no one here in the office has either, but it looks nice.None of the sites where it's listed seem to have any reviews - at least not the several I've checked.
