  1. Wow! I really admire you!

You should prepare a lot medicines and bring along some companions, just in case anything of the unwanted happens, you have someone that can help you.

Avoid from eating foods from stalls, because they are usually dirty and can cause Hepatitis. Regarding energy foods, you should eat more carbohydrates type of foods for energy. Whole grains like whole wheat bread, oatmeal and rice (especially brown) give you carbohydrates. These food categories help in controlling type 2 diabetes by keeping your hunger in control.

I found this site useful, hope it'll be useful for you too

Good luck on your journey from Ireland to Moscow and Moscow to Beijing! :)

  2. Well I can support you! You're brave! I don't really know very much about diabetics but I can recommend you to take extra medicine and a companion (s). You should buy diabetic stuff in drugstores and shops (they usually have a special diabetic section). Learn the Russian words for "diabetical" and  "sugar". Don't overwork yourself and good luck!
