The "no turn on red" sign (101/Octavia and Market) wasn't visible clearly . Any inputs on how successful people have been in getting a ruling in their favor?

  1. You're dead meat on the grill. The sign is there, and if every idiot who got a ticket tried to say it wasn't clearly visible, the courts would be packed with people like you. Pay up. Pay attention next time. They don't hide signs.

  2. You got caught breaking the law, so just pay the ticket and move on with your life.

  3. If the sign wasent visibe take a picture of it and take it to court. If it was visible then you need to just pay up the money for the ticket.
