  1. For a one pint jelly, i found that optimal results occur when one third of the liquid is vodka.

    Voddy Vodka Jelly -

    800ml vodka

    2 packs Jelly

Put a splash of vodka in bowl with jelly cubes. Microwave until jelly is melted. Add the rest of the vodka. put into cups, into the fridge to set....done!

  2. it wont matter, the ratio shud be 30% vodka and 70% water, unless you want em stronger! enjoy!

  3. do you mean you are making jello shots??? if so, you can use any kind of jello, and i think most of it is sugar free or fat free...but anyway, you need one cup boiling water, mix that with the jelly powder, then add one cup of vodka, you can also use rum if you want to.

  4. The jelly will have instructions on the packet regarding how much liquid (water) is required.  You can add anything you like to this liquid including vodka and additional sugar if you feel you need it provided the total amount of liquid remains the same.  Place additional ingredients such as sugar and vodka in a measuring jug and then add the water until you get the total required amount.  It will set.

You will not need additional sugar however, because if it is a dessert jelly and it is sugar free there will be an alternative form of sweetening in the jelly.

Your first two answerer's are incorrect in the ratios they give.  The relevant ratios are the ones on the brand of jelly you have purchased and not the ones on the brand of jelly they have purchased.
