  1. be aware that any Citizen of the UK and EU is before you in the pecking order of jobs and you will only find employment if you are filling a postion or skill that nobody else in the EU can do

because of the high amount of immigration to the UK, the government have been forced to adopt a points system, and anyone who is not European will find it very difficult to gain a work permit and residency here in the UK, it's all down to the fact that we are running out of Jobs and houses for people because we are only a small island

the only way you can be sure of finding work is to be transfered through a compnay you are already employed with.

it's the same situation with UK citizens wanting to Emmigrate to the US, which we are currently on a list of nations that are not allowed to apply for immigration.

  2. Well i know the major cities in the U.K. are London, Manchester, Glasgow, Cardiff, Edinburgh, Belfast, Bristol, Birmingham, Liverpool, Leeds, Shefield and this is were your most likely to get employed. At the current time,, Cardiff and Edinburgh have been said to have the fastest growing economys and populations in the U.K. Both cities were placed in the top 10 of the European Financial cities of the Future 2008. Cardiff and Edinburgh have huge tourism industrys, Edinburgh being the 2most visited city in Britain with 15,000,000 tourists a year and Cardiff 3rd with 13,500,000 tourists each year. I would recommend London, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Cardiff and Manchester if your thinking of moving to the U.K. A good job site is Monstor.co.uk. You could work in the H.M. United Kingdom govermant sector plenty of jobs in that also.

  3. i would use a local site for wherever you move. for instance, i use southernutahhelpwanted.com because thats where i live. do a google search for jobs in your area and it will give you a site.
