  1. I go to London 2 - 3 times every year and am always looking for new things to do. I often go on the sightseeing tours from Baker Street and you can hop on and off, so it is quite good. I also reccommend for you to buy a day ticket for the tube and you also on the buses free.

  2. I stayed at easy hotel. The rooms are tiny but its clean and cheap and alright if you're only staying for one or two nights. Most people get around by tube.

  3. well, I am a londoner. The best option is to hire a car and that will give you reasonable prices, the public transport is very good here though, but you have a baby?

Most london hotels are pretty expensive, but if you find a cheap hotel you may have to traavel quite far away from your hotel.

    -Lego Land (fairly expensive)

    - A visit to buckingham palace (free!)

    - A walk in Hyde park (free!)

    - Museums (free!, most of them) maybe not so good with a baby in tow.

    - Go on the london eye (reasonably priced) you can take a buggy with you too.

    - A visit to trafalgar sqaure

  4. HOtels are not cheap but with a baby I would always stay in one ...and one that is central..so in zone 1. Not zone 2.....it will be too hard for you to travel with kids...tubes are NOT child friendly...buses are not so bad and are less scary....buggy friendly no.....nor are the tubes though. So take a baby bjorn. Attractions....parks are great as are all the big museums and gallerys are free...national gallery, Tate Modern, Wallace Collection..(off Oxford Street)....remember that in London EVERYTHING is more expensive...a can of coke is sometimes a pound! So try to get stuff like that to take with you from the supermarket...take a backpack out with drinks and snacks....meals wil cost you enough without snacks too. i love Greewich...worth a little train ride as it is gorgeous and with a nice market and historical bits and a lovely park...Camden is fun...loads to see...if you go to Camden make sure you visit Primrose Hill...where all the celebs live...cool shops and restaurants and just a short walk from Camden High Street.
