I am planning to visit andaman. which are the MUST-SEE places there?let me know of any good travel packages?

i have done much research on andaman & read many travelogues. but i want to know from somebody who had travelled there about the best places . i know the most worthy location wont be usually covered on travel packages, where their main aim is only profit.i am going on a weeks vacation. also any budget travel packages which are good??

i had a good time in the Andamans. went to Jolly buoy island, Circular Jail, etc. made some friends.

just don't go there with a tourist mentality. just live there for some time. enjoy the very heavy monsoon downpours. enjoy the open Bay of Bengal. get to know the people. that will make it a worthwhile trip.

there is a beach which has been awarded as the most beautiful beach of asia and has backwaters near it where one can do kayaking its the must see place

You should call up ITC Hotels(Maurya) and take the phone number of their central reservation. They have a lovely property called Bay Island in Andaman. The executive at that number can give you a good package and great info.
