  1. lets play checker with me,

  2. There are time clocks available to solve these kinds of problems.  In Scrabble we have a timer similar to the ones used in chess and we each get 25 minutes per game.  The timer runs on your time and when you finish your turn you hit a button and it then runs on your opponent's time.  At the end of 25 minutes you are "out of time" and you then lose points for every minute you go over.  I've won games when my opponent couldn't keep it together enough to understand they were running out of time!!!  If you have the right combination of letters anybody can find a way to play all seven of them--given enough time.  But that clock sure keeps you moving.

  3. In person? Poke him with a stick. Online, golly maybe he died or something and that is why he didn't move,,wouldn't you feel bad then for complaining about them being slow?

  4. he's lost the game and it's time to start a new one. if he doesn't like it then stop playing and do something else. remember, it's just a game.
