I am playing pokemon red rescue team how to get the manky thing on the job list so you can get to groundon?

STORY MODE CHECK LIST = UPROAR FOEST

1- fight through 9 floors to reach the mankey gang

2- hirew the mankey gang 2 renovate your base.they'll finish the job in exchange for 3 chestnuts

3- check your mail box & bulletin board for quests that have a friend area as a reward .complete a quest 2 receive the SKY HIGH PLAINS friend area

4- after completing the friend area quest & finishing your base check the post office bulletin board accept the smeagle's rescue plea to unlock howling forest...glad 2 help :)

i kept going in dungeons and then wobufett and wynaut told me to check the job list
