I know that the other attorney will cross examine me, but I also need to give testimony. I don't want my testimony to be like a speech. I do not have any money for an attorney. I am newly married and my husband makes too much money for me to get legal aid. Unfortunately we are paying off other bills, so his income is not "extra" or disposable.

I guess my question is if I can question myself, and how do I do it so that I get all of my information across?

  1. "Anyone who represents them self in a court of law, has a fool for a client". Be prepared to lose, badly.
