I am printing on a Canon Selphy ES1. The media package - ink and paper combined - it has just been replaced with a new pack and I get the following error message on my Mac: "Failed to receive data from printer - 9782. On the printed the display states "Cartridge has been changed. Insert appropriate Cartridge.I have inserted the appropropriate cartridge three times - each with a new cartridge but I get the same messages. Any thoughts?
