I am provided a company vehicle, what is the amount the employer has to pay back for business miles driven?

but for company miles, the company should reimburse me for the fuel that I am driving for company business, since I put fuel in it. Am I right

  1. Actually, with the vehicle being provided to you, no employer "has" to pay you anything. Now most will pay something to reimburse you for the fuel put into the vehicle, but dont expect anything grand. I believe the average going rate in the Midwest is around 20 to 33 cents a mile. Again, it will depend on the business, and if they are providing the vehicle, technically, they dont have to provide the fuel. Good luck.
