  1. You would do better calling some construction companies up and have them to give you estimates than asking this on here.

  2. Its gonna be a huge range of what quality u want in ur house and if you have a contractor do it or do it urself. I'm in the process as well. You should figure it to be about a grand for 5-7 windows depending on what kind you get. Our windows have to be custom made so it will be way more than that. Also for a kitchen, you are looking at 10-40K depending on what kind of quality cabinets and appliances you get and if you do it urself or not. The bathroom will prolly be about half the cost of the kitchen, but that also varies on what you use and who does it. As far as the flooring, if you hire someone to redo them it will cost prolly about 6k for everything...if u do it urself it will be about 2k to rent a sander and buy the stain and everything, but its VERY time consuming. So altogether u are looking at 40-80K total.....but u can always cut costs doing it yourself and looking for products on sale.

  3. You need to call a construction company or if any friends or friends of friends can do it, call them. I live in California, so not to be racist, but Mexicans are a lot cheaper. My dad owns his own business, so he asked around with some of his friends and we found a great guy to remodel our business's building, and our house! Good luck, and congrats on buying a house! Remember, the renovations will take a while, but be worthwhile in the end!

    ---EDIT---

Kitchen is usually 25k-40k if you want it to look nice with a backsplash/granite countertops/and nice wood cabinets

Bathroom can be less, but you also need to add in the toilet, bathtub or shower, and tiling for either the shower or bath, and the floor.

Hardwood flooring depends on the type, and most places install for free. But don't put it in before construction! Try to put it in last, so it doesn't get scuffed up.

Window's depend. What kind, installation costs, and also, you have to have them come and measure the holes where the windows will go. I wouldn't try to save money by measuring yourself though, that's what my dad did, and he got it wrong on some windows by about 1/6 an inch, so they had to force the window in. Since it was his fault, he had to pay for a new one, or just leave it. If they mess up, however, most places will put in a new one at no cost to you, since it was their  fault.

  4. Are you doing the work yourself, or are you hiring a contractor?  You are looking at a lot of money for what you have listed here.  One project at a time is the best bet
