I was thinking of a white marble look tile. Any suggestions?

  1. It would depend on wall, floor and cabinet colors.  Ours is black/brown granite look with a taupe/ tan / brown wall, lt. tan tile, white cabinets.

So, I would do a lt. taupe ceramic, rather than white.

  2. The color black and white are classic.  They always look good together.  I also like the look of black with a darker caramel color.

  3. i strongly advise against a white tile on the floor or backsplash.  usually a white grout is used to match the tile and get very dirty very quickly.  no amount of grout sealer keeps white grout clean, no matter how clean you keep a house.  any color tile would look nice against a black countertop.  if there are specks of a certain color, like brown or green, in your counters, maybe go with a tile that compliments that.  or the safe bet is a beige or brown tile.  your imagination is your only stopping point.  pick what you think looks best.  good luck!
