I am "5'8, 200lb, and my 40 is a 3.7 and i want to be a Running Back or Defensive end???

which position should i try out for? I like tackling people a whole lot but i also love driving the ball down the field cuz it makes you feel good understand?? what position should i go for?? my coach also suggested me as TE bc i Caught 23 out of 25 throws in our drills... im stuck and season about to start!!!!

I hate how you kids get on here and ask this. Dude, the coach will put you where you earn your spot. You DO NOT CHOOSE your spot! A 3.7 40 time? Man thats like me saying that im 4 foot tall and dunked on a 12 foot goal, ITS IMPOSSIBLE! Tyson g*y doesnt even run that. Get a life man. If you ran even a 4.4 forty, you wouldnt be a tight end, especially at 5'8

chris johnson of the titans ran the fastest ever recorded time at the nfl combine this year....it was a 4.24......if you could run 20 yards that fast, id suck your toes

if you run a 3.7 40 u should run track at the olympics u shouldnt play TE becouse alot of it is blockin but u should play wideout or rb is good for you on screens or pitches to the outside but i think wide reciever is best for you
