  1. It's fraud.


  2. You'll get more donations by telling the truth. A lot of people are going to think, yeah right, they're not going to find a cure, because you're not working out of some government funded lab. But if you're upfront and you say it's food for AIDS patients that spend all of their money on medications and treatments, that these are sick people who need help, you might get a warmer response.

  3. As long as its for a cure its okay.
