I am really confused y it does happen with me?

hi...... this is really strange.....evrynight i have a dream comin to me.........I am really confused y it does happen with me..the things I dream on...are never thought by me(people say dream only comes when u think on them too much) but i nevre think about them.......but still I see those..and itz very disturbing...please say me if u have some idea for why does this happen...and how can I overcome it.??

That's not true that you only dream on things you think about too much.  IMO

I've been tracking my dreams for 4 years and I know that I dream bout things I block out of my waking mind, as well as things I over analyze.

Some dreams come to us because we don't think about certain issues that need to be dealt with.  

There are certain issues we want to ignore so we don't let ourselves think about them and our subconscious will fix this  by having us deal with the issue through dreaming about it.  

Then dreaming about it causes you to think about it while awake.
