  1. I am exhausted! I worked from last Monday until just a few hours ago without a break. I am still up for watching a movie, though.

  2. You can start by not using that horrid 'u' instead of 'you'.

"I've been working for 'x' hours since Monday and I'm so tired but  still able to stay up to watch a movie."

  3. "I'm so tired: I've been working all hours since Monday but I'm still up, watching a film."

    or

"I am so tired. I have been working all the time since last Monday, but I'm still awake, watching a film."

That is British English, not US English. The phrase 'working all hours' is vernacularly correct but grammatically rather suspect.

  4. I've worked from monday till just a few hours ago.I'm so tired but I'm still up to watch a movie.

thats one way to go anyway..When youre learning a language use short sentences-it's easier

  5. I'm so tired. I've been working all day, and I just got off a few hours ago,  but I'm still up to watch a movie.
