beacuse of my il health. icould not recover what i spent and iam in debt now iam feeling terrible now icannot go back now beacuse i have to pay fees and go again and icant to that beacuse of debts.i cannot concentrate on anything what should ido

You ran away from debts you accumilated in another country? sounds like some serious problems. Well in your case, your health, living, and getting on your feet is a priority. Forget your dream of a broader education cuz that is now just a luxury you can't afford. Suck it up buttercup and find yourself a job.
