  2. well I've never been raped but I can tell you that you need counseling.  This isn't going to go away by itself and drugs aren't going to help, they just cover up the existing problem and create a whole world of new problems.   You need to see a therapist who specializes in rape cases, insurance pays for it and they will most often do a sliding fee scale for those in tight money situations but you definitely need to seek help.

  3. Call a support line in your area for counselling, otherwise see if you can go to counselling or get a referral to a good psychologist.

See your doctor about not being able to sleep as this can lead to other problems in future.

Write a list of what you want to achieve in your life and a list of what you have already accomplished.  Read through your list of accomplishments every day.  Take a small step each day towards gaining your goals and be proactive towards finding a good counsellor.

  4. Yes, you seem to be struggling.

Stay away from drugs, and then keep on keepin' on.
