I am really worried as i have spent over £500 on a buggy and car chair from BAMBINO DIRECT on the 23rd june?

i was told 5-7 days for delivery and i still havent recieved my order i've sent loads of email's and never get a reply and ive tried calling and it just rings and rings, i eventuallly got an email back saying it would arrive today and it hasent!! Im really scared as they have took the money from my account already, has anyone purchased from this site before is it ok usally, is it safe please get back to me thankyou very much x

If you used your credit card, and you no longer trust this company to deliver, ring your credit card company and cancel the payment. It is very easy. You will get your money back almost immediately. Credit cards offer a terrific amount of consumer protection when buying on the web.
