Well I am going in September in grade 11...and I am in the IB program..

Until now I had pretty good averages, like around 85-96%..But the last semester I had physics which completely didn't understand so i got a 70%. I am so worried that I won't get into any university..

IB its gona be so hard, esp the french course..What if I won't get a good grade? The thing that worries me are all those kids who have 98% averages and think they won't get into any university...

I really have high dreams for the future.and I dunno..Well..sorry..I am just overstressed..

Any help hehe? xD

  1. It's okay. I just graduated and this past year I took physics as well. I didn't understand it either and ended up dropping the course. I got a GPA of 2.7 (a B- average) and I even ended up dropping out of my math class. Although most colleges do look at your averages and things like that, the most important thing they want is your test scores. The SAT is the primary test in the US (I'm not sure where you are. Considering you took physics in the 10th grade, I'm sure you must be in Europe or the whereabouts of). The highest score you can get is a 2400 and most students average a 1400, even after taking the test multiple times. I got an 1868 my first try and colleges and universities have flocked to me. If you average 85-96% on most of your classes then you shouldn't be worried about something like this. You'll make it into almost any university you want (depending on your financial situation really). Don't stress out too much, that can take your scores down. Just stay calm and you'll do just fine.

  2. Wow, you're pretty good!!

Don't worry, my sister got much worst than you are. But she doesn't worry about anything at all. Just be relax. That's all.
