Now. Just listen here. Trust me, I have had it MUCH worse than you. I used to detest planes and I was terrified, but my parents planned a holiday behind my back, so, I had to go on the plane. I was.. speechless. Not in a good way. I was absoloutely terrified, and I couldn't stop panicing. Now, the day we went, I was shaking. When we were at (Birmingham) airport, on our way to the oversized luggage, I THREW UP. This was not because of sickness, but because of fear. I was given a bottle of water and later, at the plane security, I saw the plane we were going on, a Thomas Cook Boeing plane, but I can't remember the model number. Looking at the plane made me feel a tiny bit less scared. So then, the moment I stepped into the plane, it was like I had took off already. All of my fear suddenly crumbled away, and then we sat down. Ignore that guy who said it's a terrifying experience, it's like he's saying my dog died but I kept it. When the plane takes off, it's exhilariting. I think it was cool, but I wasn't so sure, but once we were in the sky, it was fine. I wished I would've sat by the window. Planes travel faster than the speed of sound, but you don't feel ANYTHING. Seriously. It's just like sitting on a sofa watching television. However, there is 2 problems (for me.) But they're not scary. 1. When it lands, your ears pop and it kinda hurts (lol.) 2. It's.. quite.. boring. Unless you are flying with an airline that allows electronical devices/that supplys electronical devices. You can rent PSPs from Thomas Cook with tv shows and all the latest releases.
So, to sum up your question..
"What does a plane feel like?"
The answer all rolled into one is:
NOTHING.
And, I'm only 11 years old. :) Enjoy your flight x
