I run a small business and have come across a really difficult customer who is demanding money and being utterly unreasonable as well as abusive. How can I stop her sending copious amounts of letters to me full of libellous comments.

  1. Legal disputes offer require legal intervention. If you can't stop the letters rationally, it's time for professionals.

  2. No one has the right to do this to you.  Call the police.

  3. you need to keep the letters as a source of evidence and go to the police and put in a case against her for harrassment, the police will then have a word with her and hopefully it will stop.

  4. Call the police, there's laws against harassment.

Make sure you keep the letters as proof.

  5. If it's threatening go to the police.  If it's blackmail go to the cops.  If not, you could call this customer and try and resolve whatever the issue is.

If that's not an option, get a shredder.

  6. Make sure that who should be in charg of the problem.

and try to find a reasonable way to solve the problem.

  7. She is mentally disturbed.  We all have someone like that.  I did. You can not say or do anything.  If she threatens you, the police will help. /

  8. Try to talk nicely to him/her, if he/her keep continue doing this, you could try to complain at somewhere else, i think you must suffer alot from the customer..

  9. Just tear them up and ignore them, sooner or later she will realise that ot is costing her more in postage than she thinks you owe her.
