I am relatively smart (iq-130) and i always seem to be attracted to girls with lower intelligence. why?

It could be for a variety of reasons. Perhaps you feel as if highly intelligent females are pretentious and closed-minded, or you may feel superior to women with lower intelligence.

First of all most of America has an IQ lower than yours, so it might be difficult to find a girl with one at your level or above.  Second, I have noticed that it makes me feel good to be relied on for my intelligence.  Maybe it makes you feel confident or powerful to be those that you know you can dominate intellectually?

Maybe you believe in the dumb blond aesthetics that our society has cultivated for a long time (just turn on the television - sexiness is often seen as incompatible with intelligence). Our culture has learned to equate feminine beauty with a sense of helplessness (imagine a Victorian woman unable to exercise freely in a corset, or a Chinese woman doubling over from foot binding - such ideas of feminine restraint were considered attractive in their time).

Or maybe you just like to feel smarter than the people that you associate with. Who knows?

Maybe you are the type of person who likes to teach others, so by having a girl friend who doesn't know as much as you do is a good opportunity for you to teach her something in a relationship. Or maybe you are intimidated by intelligent women. A lot of men are. Who knows.
