I am relocating with the railroad and have to sell my home. What PERCENT of my home value will the RR give me

Therailroad will give me a % of what they think my home will sell for, does anyone know that %.

a lot of times, when a business, such as the railroad, needs you to move, they will personally buy your house and sell it to someone else, allowing you to move elsewhere, with the money the railroad gave to you for the house, which, is most likely gonna be 100% of the value.

also what the other homes around you are selling for

might effect your price.
