I am renting a home that is up for auction and i have a contract for a year what can be done?

i just rented this house in san bernardino i have been here for one month. then we get a notice on the door about the auction but i have a contract for a month .

I'm sure the owners or landlord were aware of the auction before you signed the lease. I suggest you contact the Board of Realtor in your county and inform them of the action being taken

If this is a foreclosure your lease dies when the title changes to the new owner.

Nothing.  Once ownership changes out of your landlord's name, the lease is voided.  

Talk to your landlord to see if they are going to let the property go up for auction or if he/she plans to redeem it.
