I am replacing the wick on my zippo HELP!?

Question

I am replacing the wick on my zippo, (I already pulled it out and cut it a few times) I pulled out all the cotton and now I just cannot fit the new wick through the hole. Any suggestions?

Run a piece of dental floss through first then tie wrap the end of the dental floss around the end of the wick to squeeze it.  Then it should pull right through.

Did your new wick have a wire attached to it?  That is used to pull the wick through the hole.  If not, and you have one, use a finish nail to push the wick through.  An unbent paper clip also works.  Hope this helps.
