I am researching Crepe places, ever been to one?

I wanted to know if you've had a restaurant that sold primarily crepes in your town, and if it was sucsessful. How long it lasted, if it is still there. If you own one, can you share you profitability for start up, or the first few years. Thank you. All other crepe advice is good too.

The only place I ever went to that was just Crepes was in a little town in France (Le Petit Pierre), and they were awesome!  I rememberd wishing there WAS something like that in the US.
