I am restricted from Ebay..does this mean I can't...?

Question

I bought an item with the Buy Now option through Paypal

The money has been taken out of my Paypal

However-I am suspended from Ebay and they notified me that I was suspended (I cant email, or talk to the seller)

This is why I am wondering if I will still receive my item or not?

its totally up to the buyer whether they send it you or not. i sell lots on ebay, and i have had buyers in the past who pay then i get an email saying they are no longer registered and that i dont have to carry out the transaction, but if they have paid i still send out the item, its ony fair. so hopefully they will, but find out why you r susended, maybe you havnt updated bank details or something, sort it soon as then you can email the seller

call ebay on the phone and clear the account.

i use VOIP for free phone calls to them.  works well and fast

the staff is friendly, helpful and can easy see your account

if they already sent it then its fine. Plus since you payed for it you should still get it. if not contact ebay.
