Question:

I am right handed..after workouts, the results are significant on my right -arm but not my left arm..pls help?

i am right - handed.....the only excercise i do is push-ups....after doing push-ups, i can only feel pressure on the muscles of my right arm and not my left arm......there is significant growth of biceps on my right arm but not on the left arm....the difference in the biceps of both the arms is quite visible

what should i do ?? please help folks

  1. I've got the same deal. I'm right handed and it's most pronounced when I'm doing bicep curls. I'll see the most definition and vascularity on the right arm but it's noticeably weaker than my left arm (usually by 1-2 reps). So I can't answer as to why but I can relate.


  2. yea i had the same problem and scince your right arm is already stronger  while you do pushups you relie on your right arm to push up and you dont even know your doin this so next time while your doing pushups lean your weight to the left and try to put most the pressure on the left arm trust me it works both your arms feel the same
