I am righthanded but i dream of fighting and can not swing my right arm fast it moves like a snail?

punch with weights [start smaller ones] for a while then increase the weight

HAHA!!  I was just talking about this with some training partners the other night..  Dreams suck, dude.  You can never get your punches off.  For me, it feels like I'm fighting in water and no matter what lands the bad guy just laughs in my face.  Pretty common dream.. don't think much into it.  One time though I was actually able to unload on a guy in my dream.  Pretty awesome and very fulfilling.  Just hope for a dream like that some time.  =)
