  1. You need a electrician...There are codes you have to meet.

Several things have to have there own circuit fridge, micro wave, bathrooms the list goes on.  But for bedrooms and family rooms feed entire room from 1 breaker, outlets and lights. Up  to 10 boxes as I saw someone say..

  2. you can run a main line from panel to a box then from that one you can loop to up to 10 outlets max, 12-2 20 amp breaker

  3. I think that they are usually run in series. I pretty sure that's what I've seen (I do framing). Just don't exceed the amp rating of your breaker. I'd ask an eletrician about it, if you can.

  4. The cables you are running should have three wires in it, active neutral and earth, so when you run this from powerpoint to powerpoint, it IS in parrallel. Series would be if you were running  a single wire and going into the active terminal of the powerpoint then another single wire going from the neutral terminal to the active terminal of the next powerpoint and so on. THIS WOULD BE VERY BAD. I'm not trying to be mean, but you don't know enough about wiring to rough in a house. Call an electrician because it will cost you more when they need to fix your mistakes later. Better to get it done right the first time

  5. If you are asking this question in the first place, HIRE AN ELECTRICIAN.
