  1. Take it ! At the moment I'm taking Cyclone supplement for muscle size, weight and power. Take protein for 30 days, then go off it for 30 days then go back on it ! Don't go on it continuously, it'll damage your kidneys as it produces Urea. My friend's dad messed his kidneys up doing that, be careful! They're expensive too !


  2. Protein supplements will not hurt you but if you are getting a really good diet you can probably get enough protein from basic foods

    if you want to grow eat more basic foods before you think about protein supplements

    by the way for the size of your country and the few rugby players you have you are a good rugby playing nation!

Protein supplements are not bad for your health.  They can be a waste of money though.  Most people living in the United States get enough protein they need from their diet.  Any extra protein you ingest will do very little to contribute to improved health or performance.  If you somehow are not getting enough protein from your diet, then protein supplements are great, but most people living in developed countries like the US do not have this problem.
