  1. OK first of all when you start running three miles just go as slow as possible and once you can run three miles you can probably run one mile in seven minuets eat fruits and vegetables

  2. I would recommend eating healthy foods such as fruits and veggies and foods that don't have lots of calories.

    -Hope that helped

-Oh, get lots of rest you will be needing it

  3. try to shave tme off your half mile time, then work on your mile.

try doing mile repeats so your time will get better . you will break 9min in no time. eat lots of pasta. good luck and drink a lot of water.

  4. okay you'll defiantly need some help! What you need to do every day is strecth for ten minutes, only drink water and run 1 mile in the mourning and 1 during the night.

  5. The first key to building up endurance (how long you can go without getting tired) and bumping down your time is starting with what you can handle. First run a mile every day. Once you can do that and it doesn't seem hard go up to two miles and so on. Eventually you will get to three miles or more and it won't seem like an impossible goal. A person's ability to withstand extreme physical activity, tiredness, or sickness are all referred to as stamina. When I first started cross country I couldn't even run a mile. A year later I was running the mile in 6:30. It just takes dedication and hard work. As long as you keep practicing your time will go down. Make sure you have proper running shoes. And another important thing that a lot of people don't know is stomach muscles are very important. Do a lot of ab work because the stronger your stomach muscles the less cramps you will get. Good Luck and keep practicing it may seem impossible in the begging but I promise with dedication and training you can reach all of your goals!!!
