over the last two Summers, I have worked in a restaurant. I was unable to eat between 10 and 5 o'clock, so almost every day, the first meal of the day was at about 5:30 for me. I always feel bad when I eat, even though I usually eat something like chicken, because I feel like I could go longer without eating even though I get really tired and cranky.
I took a quiz on an eating disorder website, and they said that I should consult a doctor. Am I being paranoid? Whenever I tell my mom about problems I think I have, she tells me that I'm overreacting. Am I? Should I tell my doctor?
