  1. i have the same problem i hate prestenting projects to my class. just calm down and dont think that you are in front of alot of people and if u cant memorize it then just write on ur hand or on a index card.

  2. try to not to look at them look at something else or think of something else

  3. You MUST starting thinking in a positive way.

Your language and your punctuation tell me that it is imperative that you calm down, close your eyes and concentrate on giving a great presentation. Really imagine what it will be like to give the presentation of your life, how you will be  talking, standing, looking at your audience and just as importantly, what you will be saying to them. You will be prepared and supremely confident. Your presence in front of the group is that of a true authority. NO ONE knows the subject matter better than you. You are prepared. You have practices many, many times and you know it inside out, backwards and forewords and upside down. You are a really good speaker. Wow!!!

That's the way you need to think!!

Turn all those explanation points into excitement instead of stress and nerves!!!

Have a look at this page on my site for new and aspiring actors. You will find 23 links to pages that have to do with various aspects of starting an acting career INCLUDING how to get over stage fright, how to set up and deliver a speech effectively. I think they might help you.

    Remember. Think positively...and breathe!

    You will be fantastic!

    Good luck!
