but I havent got my Income Tax for 2002 at IRS. IRS told me i can have it after 60 days, so that would be on December. I wrote a letter last Sept 27 to USCIS asking for consideration that I can still have my interview and just pass later the 2002 Income Tax OR have me rescheduled on December, next week's my supposed to be interview but havent received a letter from USCIS as to what is their final decision about my case. what shall i do? shall i come on the scheduled date?

  1. go to the dated interview..atleast its for sure than u missed it!

  2. Why do you need the 2002 taxes.  Did USCIS ask for them, coz what I know is that you only need three years' taxes which would be 2004, 05 and 06.  Why don't you call the USCIS and find out first, or ask a lawyer who will give you the right information.  Otherwise if you haven't heard from the USCIS, I would advise you to go for the interview on the date that you have.  Better to go and be told that another date had been set up than not to show up and then missing the interview. Good luck.
