Your question is not clear.  If you want to look at details of libraries in Ireland you can go to www.dublincity.ie or www.fingalcoco.ie.  These are the council websites and will get you to the library links.  You can look for books, cds, etc and also see all locations of libraries in Dublin and surrounding areas.

There is also a link to an overall Ireland book search site which will let you know where the other libraries are.

There are also the Trinity college library and the CHester Beatty library in Dublin both of which have very rare and old books.
