I am seekin info on an Ashcroft Mfg Co altitude indicator.?

The dial face is calibrated from "0" to "70", is approx 5 &3/8" in diameter. I cannot find any kind of date; the dial face is engraved w/ the Ashcroft logo (shield), and underneath that is the word "Altitude". It looks quite similar in appearance to gauges associated with UPRR engines.

  2. I've never seen a locomotive of any kind with an altimeter.  They were pretty much useless in "the good ol' days" since, pretty much, all were flying high.
