I am self-employed and have a ABN Number but no Tax File Number can I still submit my tax on-line at e-tax?

I haven't paid my tax in 3 years and someone told me I can start lodging my tax on line for this year and not have to worry about the last 2 years..

I don't know how you managed to get an ABN number without having a Tax File number, but the ATO is not simply going to ignore previous years. You need to go to an accountant, and get it all sorted out.
