I am sick of Flickr! How can I search images and stipulate that i want NO Flickr images!!! Please help!?

I use images--as do so many educators--from Yahoo Images. The colonization of the Internet by Flickr images that we CANNOT download is retarding progress here. Please, we need these d**n Flickr images controlled. We need a way to search and select against Flickr images. if these Flickr people so desperately want to share their precious photos, they should have to play by the rules. They are polluting the Internet.
