Do you mean that when you don't go pee right away that it hurts when you are done peeing?  If so, you probably have a UTI or a bladder infection.  Also, never never hold it.  It is really bad for you, especially if you are pregnant.  Call your doctor and tell him or her if it hurts when you go to the bathroom.
