I am sleapy frequently in day time and my memory is very less and concentration is also very less? why

  1. Do Yoga or meditation.


  2. Go to bed early around 9 or 10 P.M. If you stay up too late, you're concentration and memory's pretty bad. It's sleep deprivation. You may also want to speak to your doctor because it can be a sign of something serious. Also start a sleep schedule. Turn off television, stay off the computer because it stimulates the brain. Read a book before you go to bed and try not to exercise.

    I know this works for me, sipping hot chocolate, but a warm drink, like Sleepy Time Tea, or Peppermint Tea might help you fall asleep if you like tea.  I also take a natural relaxation pill called Valerian. It helps relax you so you can get some sleep and wake up refreshed.

    How much hours of sleep do you get at night? How long do you stay up?  

  3. It may not be a weaknss but an illness. How are you sleeping at night? Are you snoring? Could you have sleep apnea? Could it be a vitamin defficency? Your best bet is to see a doctor and find out if there is a problem. Good Luck.
