I am slowly tapering off antidepressants please help?

I m 20 and have been on zoloft for 7 years. I have started to ween off in 25 mg intervals. How long do it take the agitation and funny abnormal feelings in the head to wear off?

I weaned off sertraline (Zoloft) a year ago and it took several months after the final pill to get rid of the periodic weird anxious feeling in my brain. I never had a relapse into depression though.
