I am so annoyed i have tried a million times. how do i get a movie on my ipod nano 4gb. its driving my insane!

if you have a movie downloaded on pc then go to itunes library and at top go to files then import then folder that movie is in click movie and it will go to itunes library. but movie needs to be mp4 format to view on ipod

U CANT PUT A MOVIE IN UR IPOD NANO 4 GB!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

even i have the same ipod, and the apple authorities say, ipod nano 4GB doest support mpeg4
