  1. See a psychiatrist. Missing England while in Australia is a sign of mental illness.

Really though, being home sick is normal. If this is your first time from home it will take awhile to get used to.

  2. I know quite a few people who moved back to the UK from Oz-it isn't for everyone. it does take time in any place to get adjusted though; you need to give yourself at least 6 months. Until then you need to get out, travel about, and see if you can try to enjoy your location or make new friends.

  3. visit me dear amb!

  4. Get in touch with other British expats (a link for one website is below). Invest in a webcam, sign up with Skype & get your friends & family to do the same. That way you'll be able to talk for free & see each other at the same time

  5. remind yourself that its c**p weather c**p food etc. and enjoy what yer doin here. i moved to melbourne 7 months ago and was feelin homesick and missin mates. so i called up my bro back home and he reminded me im missin f##k all back home cept shite weather lol. and sure ye can skype family and that now

  6. I got sick of it too.

  7. first off i am sorry :( i can relate to homesickness. especially missing the uk.

here is a site that is currently updated each week with the top 20 albulms and top 40 singles from uk, and other places. also if they don't get the shows you enjoyed in england there is always youtube and google video.

      i hope this helps.
